Volunteer

Mentoring to Manhood is currently recruiting volunteer mentors and tutors. Please contact Donta Watson at dwatson@m2minc.org or download the volunteer application here.

Responsibilities

  • One year commitment to program
  • Be able to donate 4-8 hours per month
  • Act as positive role model
  • Promote social maturity
  • Give praise
  • Be positive and encouraging
  • Listen to mentees
  • Respect students’ viewpoints and right to make their own decisions
